AssistPAK™, one of our core service agreement plans, is a multi-usage service plan where you are able to call upon our Support Specialist to manage your day-to-day system troubleshooting, network maintenance as well as software application support.
It is a service assurance plan offering professional help to maintain your hardware, software as well as network. AssistPAK™ supports multi-platform – Windows or Mac OS.
Each AssistPAK™ consists of 60 hours of On-Site services, with a speedy 4 hours response time. All balance service hours can be carried forward to the following year and are non-expiry. This means, you can carry forward the unused services hours over to a new contract upon renewal.
What's more, it covers your entire setup. If you invest this assurance plan with 10 computer equipment, and upgraded to 20 computer equipment subsequently, the additional 10 equipment automatically get full protection without paying an additional cent more.
It is basically a "pay as you use" scheme. You may also terminate the contract within the first year with a minimum usage of 50% of the allocated service hours; any unused hours will be refunded.
