It is a service assurance plan offering professional help to support your hardware, software as well as network. AssistPAK™ Plus supports multi-platform – Windows or Mac OS.
Each AssistPAK™ Plus consists of 60 On-Site Service Incidents with a speedy 4 hours response time. All balance service Incidents can be carried forward to the following year and are non-expiry. This means, you can carry forward the unused services Incidents over to a new contract upon renewal.
What's more, it covers your entire setup. If you invest this assurance plan with 10 computer equipment, and upgraded to 20 computer equipment subsequently, the additional 10 equipment automatically get full protection without paying an additional cent more.
