Singapore – Micro 2000 Technology Pte Ltd today announce the re-launch of its service assurance plan - AssistPAK™ in February 2010. The makeover of the service assurance plan shall coincides with a host of enhancements in services, bringing the customers to another level of consumer satisfaction.
In harmony of the rapidly advancement in the IT sector, AssistPAK™ not only provides support for servers, desktops, applications and networks, the re-launch of the AssistPAK™ ensures that its enhanced services will cater to the needs of all customers where their business operations will not be compromised.
With the increasing internet penetration, one of AssistPAK™ value-added service includes online infrastructure documentation, where the secured portal enables customers to retrieve updated service reports pertaining to their IT environment. Reports will be made transparent and updated to customers making it accessible from anywhere in the world.
