eServ @Your Doorstep, a new service pack out in the market, that aims to bring you convenience, wherever you are. It is a pick-up and return service plan where MAC clients are able to call upon our logistics team to send in their faulty machine for servicing.

Each eServ @Your Doorstep consists of 5 pick-ups and return service for the registered hardware span over a period of 12 months. Pick–up service is based on Next Business Day response and the good thing about this plan is we pick-up and returns your machine at any part of Singapore! All diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting will be carried out by Micro 2000 Technology Pte Ltd – Apple Gold Service Provider.  Just one call and help is on the way!
