Our centres are well equipped with the necessary facilities to provide your customers with a positive experience. Our service staff are friendly and approachable and seek to provide the best customer service with a smile. Our centres are located in the heart of town and also on the fringes of the city centre for easy accessibility. We share our clients' visions and work tirelessly to better the service experiences of their customers. Micro 2000 is privileged to be the Authorised Service Provider for Xiaomi’s Malaysia, an up and coming global mobile phones and accessories powerhouse from China, who has managed to seize a sizeable market of the smartphone and related peripherals industry with its vision of providing good quality products at reasonable prices. Currently, we are managing three service centres for Xiaomi in Malaysia, at Kuala Lumpur (Exclusive Service Centre), Sabah (Authorised Service Centre) and Sarawak (Authorised Service Centre) respectively. These Service Centres are managed by Micro 2000 Technology Sdn Bhd under the brand name, MiServ.

ASUS, Taiwan’s leading Technology Company, who is a dominant force in the global market, having over 12,500 employees worldwide and manufacturing products in almost every aspects of Information Technology including PC components, peripherals, notebooks, tablets, servers and smartphones, has appointed Micro 2000 as their Authorised Service Provider (ASP) in Malaysia. Our first two service centres are strategically located in the state of Johor and Melaka respectively.
When it comes to emphasizing Micro 2000 bespoke service offerings as an Authorised Service Provider, 3M naturally comes to mind. 3M, a world renowned technology conglomerate and the leader in scores of market – from health care and highway safety to office products and abrasives and adhesives; has engaged Micro 2000 to be their Authorised Service Provider for their Library Management System in Singapore.
Micro 2000 is proud to add another strong global brand, Philips, to the list of companies that has benefited from our service offerings. Philips is one of the world’s leading brands in consumer lifestyle electronics and is a pioneer investor of Singapore (since 1951) over the last six decades in areas such as job creation, infrastructure development and technology incubator. Being appointed as the Authorised Service Provider by Philips, who has their regional headquarters based here in Singapore, speak volumes about our after sales support services pedigree.
In Singapore, one would probably not be alien to the term “Singtel Exclusive Retailers” (effectively, you could find at least one such outlet situated in every area) but perhaps only a handful are aware that Singtel do also appoint their own Authorised Service Providers (ASP) to better cater to the specific service needs of their customers given the wide range of service offerings that it provides.
