Currently, we are managing four service centres for ASUS. These service centres are managed by Micro 2000 Technology Pte Ltd (Singapore) and Micro 2000 Technology Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) under the brand name, +Serv. +Serv provides diagnostic, warranty and personalised consultation services for ASUS users. At +Serv, ASUS users will have access to a dedicated team of ASUS certified engineers and customer care consultants to tend to their services needs.

ASUS Experience Centre @ 313 Somerset – “An Experience like no other”

 

To all ASUS users and fans out there, we know that you are as exhilarated and delighted as us. After months of preparation to enhance our walk in customers’ experiences, we are pleased to announce the opening of our ASUS Experience Service Centre in September 2015, aptly situated at 313 Somerset, in the heart of Singapore shopping haven!

 

As the name “Experience Centre” suggests, we want ASUS users to embrace themselves for a new form of experience when they step into this particular outlet at 313 Somerset. Besides being one of the largest ASUS Service Centres in the ASEAN region, there is also a concept showroom, where a wide range of ASUS latest products will be on display and customers are welcomed to try and experience these devices for themselves.

 

To add icing on the cake, this particular outlet will also be selling the full range of ASUS products; from phones, tablets, laptops to related peripherals/accessories like the ASUS Zenpower, so users who have tried out the gadgets at the Experience Centre could proceed with the purchase on the spot and be the proud owners of these products without having to wait.

 

In conjunction with the official opening, ASUS Singapore also took the opportunity to introduce the newest addition to the Zenfone series. This new model fully accentuates the sleekness and functionalities that its predecessors possess, which is in line with its image portrayal of appealing to the adventurous local masses, who are looking at endurance and exquisiteness in their gadgets hunt.

 

 

ASUS Authorised Service Centres in Malaysia

 

As Micro 2000 key service emphasis is on ensuring and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, after-sales service is deemed as the key driver to achieve this. With years of experience in managing Service Centres, Micro 2000 has the necessary expertise and know-how to meet all the service needs of ASUS users in Malaysia. With the support of ASUS, +Serv will continue to expand our after-sales service centres in Malaysia, providing easy accessibility for ASUS users throughout Malaysia.

 

+Serv foray into Malaysia is well underway, with two ASUS Authorised Service Centres being fully operational at No 82 Jalan Molek 2/2, Johor and F2-19-2, Jalan Merdeka, Hatten Square, Bandar Hilir, Melaka. All our service centres are aesthetically designed to enhance the service experience of +Serv walk-in customers.

 

+Serv has great plans to increase its presence in Western Malaysia, with an aim of opening up more service centres at different easily accessible locations in Malaysia (such as Ipoh) by end 2015, so as to better cater to the service needs of the ASUS users in those areas.
