Managed by Micro 2000 Group, +Serv provides a series of personalised After Sales/After Market support and consultation services for Singtel's users and our other managing brand partners' customers. Aimed at providing convenience and accessibility, we have established a service/fulfillment/redemption centre right in the heart of Orchard, at 313 Somerset. For Singtel's users, we catered for replacement services for Set Top Box, Modem, Optical Network Terminal, Home Live Cam as well as their related peripherals. Customers will have access to our dedicated team of friendly customer care consultants for all their services needs. With our enriched experience and extensive knowledge in managing service/redemption/fulfillment centres, we are able to deliver positive customer experiences.
Good news for our brand partners’ customers staying at the North side of Singapore! We are pleased to inform that +Serv has recently extended our presence to Woodlands with a service/fulfillment/redemption centre. Unlike its predecessors, this +Serv outlet caters more for a “single express lane” service and housed a large warehouse to accommodate all the customer’s items/products in transit.
We have a dedicated team of engineers who are trained and certified by our respective brand’s partners, to provide proactive support and professional advice for their products. For our repair services, only original spare parts sanctioned by our partners are used.

It would be advisable to bring along a proof of purchase for verification. However, for devices registered upon purchase, warranty coverage details should be reflected on our system.

Do I need to backup my data prior to service?
As hardware failures are unpredictable, we strongly advise consistent backups on an external device or media before undergoing any troubleshooting or servicing. We regret to inform that +Serv will not be liable for any data loss incurred during service and is solely responsible for service and evaluation.
