In Singapore, one would probably not be alien to the term “Singtel Exclusive Retailers” (effectively, you could find at least one such outlet situated in every area) but perhaps only a handful are aware that Singtel do also appoint their own Authorised Service Providers (ASP) to better cater to the specific service needs of their customers given the wide range of service offerings that it provides. Singtel’s customers now have another viable option when it comes to making replacements for their Set-Top-Box, Modem, Optical Network Terminal, Home Live Cam and all their related accessories. Conveniently located in the heart of town at 313 Somerset, the aesthetically designed Micro 2000’s +Serv Service Centre seeks to offer Singtel’s Customers a rejuvenating form of service experience while waiting in comfort for their turn. Our Service Team has been trained to serve from the heart, so that every customer will leave the service centre with dawning smiles on their faces.


Upon receiving the appointment confirmation from Singtel helpdesk (only applicable for Modem and Optical Network Terminal replacements; not required for other items), Singtel’s customers just need to bring down the complete set of items (remote, power adapters, plugs, etc) that they wish to have replacement made and simply walk-in to our 313 Service Centre, where our dedicated team of service professionals will be ready to process with the replacements promptly. Our service personnel are also able to assist over the counter for Non-DVR Upgrade to DVR (Non-Recording to Recording) and vice versa, DVR Downgrade to Non-DVR (Recording to Non-Recording).
