Micro 2000 is privileged to be the Authorised Service Provider for Xiaomi Malaysia, an up and coming global mobile phones and accessories powerhouse from China, who has managed to seize a sizeable market of the smartphone and related peripherals industry with its vision of providing good quality products at reasonable prices. Currently, we are managing three service centres for Xiaomi in Malaysia, at Kuala Lumpur (Exclusive Service Centre), Sabah (Authorised Service Centre) and Sarawak (Authorised Service Centre) respectively. These Service Centres are managed by Micro 2000 Technology Sdn Bhd under the brand name, MiServ.

 

 

Xiaomi Exclusive Service Centre

 

The first Xiaomi Exclusive Service Centre (ESC) celebrates its official launch on the 17th of November 2014, in Plaza Low Yat, Kuala Lumpur. As an Exclusive Service Centre, Xiaomi users could expect faster repair turnaround time of maximum 2 hours, a hallmark aim for all Xiaomi Exclusive Service Centres (This is still dependent on the extent of damage to your genuine Xiaomi products covered by warranty and its origin of purchase (Local or International set)). The 2 hours repair timeframe is made possible as the ESC has all the parts in stock for each and every Xiaomi product, which are sold in Malaysia. The Xiaomi ESC seeks to offer world-class service and support for owners of Xiaomi products and its related accessories.

 

As one of the largest Xiaomi service centres in the ASEAN region, the 820 square feet outlet also double up as a mini showroom featuring all the latest gadgets from Xiaomi. These include products that have yet to be launched in Malaysia. Mi fans and fellow enthusiasts will be able to experience Xiaomi wide range of products such as the Super Slim, Virtually Frameless 49” 4K Resolution MiTV, Mi Routers, Mi Pads and the colorful Mi Power Banks at the Exclusive Service Centre.

Xiaomi Authorised Service Centres

 

With the primary aim of providing convenience and a wider outreach of our service offerings to Xiaomi’s users in Malaysia, Micro 2000 continues to expand its MiServ branding to East Malaysia. We have two Authorised Service Centres located at Centre Point, Sabah and Plaza Merdeka, Sarawak; both in easily accessible and prominent shopping centres in the area.

 

As with the ESC, these service centres will each feature a concept area showcasing the latest gadgets and related peripherals from Xiaomi.

 

Unlike its predecessor (ESC), these Authorised Service Centres have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of resolving all service orders by 2 days. At Micro 2000, we always seek to value add in our service offerings. We are proud to acclaim that with our years of experience in managing service centres and our skilled team; that thus far, more than 90% of our service orders are promptly resolved within a day.
